In 2018, thanks to the acquisition of BM SpA, Beta becomes a market leader in the production and marketing of cable lugs, electrical connection systems and work tools for electricians. In the same year, with the acquisition of 3D Beta Ltd., Beta launches a specialized area in Made in Italy Workshop Architecture, designing and creating high-end custom-made furniture for workshops and work environments, while with VGF Srl it enters the market of special powder coatings for metal furniture. From 1975 to today, the history of Helvi SpA is that of an Italian company with a strong international dimension, pursued throughout its growth, from its foundation to its entry into the Group. Beta.

Manufacturer of industrial welding machines, plasma cutting machines, professional battery chargers and accessories, Helvi SpA is located in Sandrigo, in the province of Vicenza, and today has more than 80 collaborators, with a turnover of approximately 15 million Euros, over 70% of which is generated abroad.
